tense有多重含义，主要包括形容词、名词和动词三种词性：
形容词： 神经紧张的；担心的；不能松弛的：描述一个人因为紧张或担忧而无法放松的状态。例如，He’s a very tense person. 令人紧张的：描述一种氛围或情境，其中人们有强烈的情绪，如担忧、愤怒等，且这些情绪往往不能公开表达。例如，The atmosphere in the meeting was getting more and more tense. 绷紧的；不松弛的：描述物体或肌肉处于紧绷状态。例如，A massage will relax those tense muscles.
名词： 时，时态：动词的一种形式，用于表示动词所表达的动作或状态发生的时间。例如，the past/present/future tense。
动词： 拉紧，绷紧：描述肌肉因紧张或不放松而变得紧绷的状态。例如，His muscles tensed as he got ready to run.
